The Achilli family
Enoteca Achilli was founded in the 1970s from the passion of Gianfranco Achilli, one of the very first to offer fine wine by the glass paired with gourmet tartines that remain iconic to this day.
More than 50 years later, the wine shop and restaurant are now led by Cinzia Achilli and Daniele Tagliaferri. With the same enthusiasm as ever and a young, passionate team, they guide guests through extraordinary wine discoveries and welcome them to the Michelin-starred restaurant with genuine, family-style warmth
